Class Details

In this class we will be using a specific recipe, without eggs, milk or butter

There will be 2 live Zoom sessions one week apart

SESSION 1 (1 hr 15 mins)

  • Learn the formula behind the recipe and why it works

  • Follow along as I demonstrate each step of the recipe

  • See how to handle the dough and what it should look like

1 WEEK BREAK (offline in the comfort of your kitchen)

  • Practice the recipe, several times if you wish

  • Record exactly which ingredients and equipment you used

  • Make notes about your results, take photos


SESSION 2 (45 mins)

  • Share your experience, ask questions and get feedback

  • Benefit from the learnings shared by others in the group

  • Final review of the key points

Hi, I am Moylan Lovell, gluten free baking expert at your service

I learned to bake, cook and run a kitchen at a very early age because my family were passionate cooks and had a catering business. When I switched to a gluten free diet for health reasons, I was forced to relearn everything. In this online course, I share all those years of training, research, failures and ultimately success.
