Recipe Development For Brands, Distributors, Manufacturers
I have had the opportunity to develop recipes for companies interested in promoting their brand of gluten free products.
From 2015 – 2017, I had a weekly segment on Cup of Joe Trinidad a lifestyle and cooking television show. Each week I wrote and showcased an original recipe using various brands of gluten free products. Viewers often expressed how happy they were with the content and how much it demystified working with gluten free ingredients. A few of these recipes have been featured in The Cookbook, Cup of Joe, Classic Recipes, Volume 1
Local distributors have also sought my help to develop recipes to increase customer support of various brands. A few of these were done in video format. Examples linked below
